Procedures

Supplies needed:

100g of Brown Sugar

300g of Fruit Peels or other Kitchen Waste

1000g of water

Airtight Container (Must be airtight)


Procedure:

1. In the airtight container, add in the 100g of brown sugar, 300g of kitchen wastes and 1000g of water. Any amount can be added as long as the same ratio is maintained.




2. Give the mixture a little shake and screw on the lid tightly.

3. Leave the mixture at a dry and cool area away from any direct sunlight. Make sure it is kept at room temperature.




4. During the process of fermentation, make sure that the lid is opened every few days to prevent air from building up and possibly explode the container.
